            Take a break and reconnect with yourself through a guided mindfulness walk around the St. George campus. This activity is designed to help you relax, stay present, and boost your mental well-being. No special equipment is needed—just wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated. Meet outside the OISE library @4pm.
